We were anchored next to the sunken tower on Argus Bank. A few guys were chuming from the boat and Aaron Fenn and I were spearfishing. I was up in front of the boat about 100ft and saw a few wahoo's. I swam towards them and one of the smaller ones moved underneath me. I dove about 20-25 ft on top of it and as it turned I took my shot. I caught it low in the middle and it took off. As it took off the rubber band snapped on one side. Luckily I was still holding on to the other side of the band and managed to swim with the fish and work my way down the spear to grab the fish's tail. I pulled it into a hug and worked my hand into its gills and swam to the surface. I then used my dive knife to kill the fish. Aaron Fenn took some pictures and i then handed the fish to Kevin Fox who grabbed it by the gills and pulled it into the boat.
